Before me, S.S. Sandford, County Judge in and for said County, personally came R. Royals, who being duly sworn, says that on the 14 day of March, A.D., 1914, in the County aforesaid, one George Wood did have and carry around or about his person a pistol concealed.

WHEREAS, R. Royals has this day made oath before me, that one George Wood on the 14 day of March, A.D., 1914, in the County aforesaid, did have and carry around on or about his person a pistol concealed.

These are therefore, to command you forthwith to arrest the said George Wood and bring him before me, to be dealt with according to law.
