KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
That we, O.B. Fowler as principal, and _____________ and _______________ as sureties, are held and firmly bound unto Dave Sholtz the Governor of the State of Florida, and his successors in office, the said O.B. Fowler, principal in the sum of One Hundred dollars, and the said _____________ and ___________ each in the sum of One Hundred dollards, for the payment whereof, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these presents.
Signed and sealed, this 2nd day of September, A.D. 1935.
The condition of this obligation is such, that if the said O.B. Fowler shall appear at the next term of the County Judges Court to be held in and for said County, to answer to a charge of Exhibiting a deadly weapon and shall appear from day to day and term to term of said Court, and not depart the same without leave, then this obligation to be void; else to remain in full force and virtue.
