This site is a place to put historical information that I obtain and transcribe about Hamilton County, Florida. I will update it as information is completed. However, as it is entirely voluntary on my part, assistance is more than appreciated. If you wish to help, please leave a comment and I will get back with you.
It is important to realize that I transcribe everything exactly as it is presented in the original text. This means that if there is a grammatical mistake in the original document, I will transcribe the mistake exactly as it appears. Any additions to the document that are not part of the original document are typed in bold text. This is to help distinguish markings from the original text of the documents.
Finally, if there are any documents that you wish to see transcribed, you may make the request by emailing me: mapetty at gmail dot com
